Viya Launches Golfcation Pass Across Dubai and Abu Dhabi Combining Championship Golf Experiences with Premium Hotel Stays
Thursday 9th April 2026; United Arab Emirates: Viya has launched its new Golfcation Pass across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, designed for those living in the UAE, bringing together a selection of the country’s most recognised golf courses with a portfolio of premium hotels to create a fluid staycation offer.
Designed to open up access to Viya’s network of championship venues while maintaining a clear premium positioning, the Golfcation Pass combines an 18-hole round of golf with a one night stay at a partner hotel, bringing together performance and relaxation within a single, streamlined booking journey.
Available for AED 1,999, the pass includes access to a selection of the region’s most established courses across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In Dubai, golfers can play the Faldo Course and the Majlis Course at Emirates Golf Club, long time host venue of the Dubai Desert Classic; the Earth and Fire courses at Jumeirah Golf Estates, with the Earth course home to the DP World Tour Championship; and Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, which hosted the Dubai Invitational earlier this year. The golf experience also extends to Abu Dhabi through Saadiyat Beach Golf Club and Yas Links Abu Dhabi, host of the Abu Dhabi Championship, reinforcing the breadth of Viya’s offering across the UAE.
Complementing the on-course experience is a portfolio of premium hotel partners across Dubai. These include Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah, One&Only Royal Mirage, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, and The Westin Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, amongst others. Bringing together a level of access and value not usually available within a single booking, the pass represents an all-encompassing staycation experience that balances time on the course with high-quality hospitality.
“This pass brings together the quality of our golf portfolio with a premium hospitality experience, creating a more complete reason to visit. It’s designed to appeal not only to golfers, but to anyone looking to experience the best of the UAE across both sport and lifestyle,” commented Christopher May, CEO of Viya.
The concept reflects a broader shift in how golf is experienced, moving beyond the traditional round to something more integrated with travel and leisure. By combining time on the course with a premium hotel stay, the pass creates a more balanced experience that appeals not only to golfers, but also to partners and families looking to enjoy time together.
Viya continues to operate all of its venues in-line with established safety protocols and best practice standards, ensuring that guests can enjoy both the golf and hospitality experience with confidence.
Reservations are available exclusively through the Viya App, where golfers can book an 18-hole round at any of the eligible courses. Within seven days of booking, the Golfcation Pass will be activated directly in the app, with full access available via the ‘My Card’ section, allowing users to view and redeem their pass.
